However, navigating the complexities of life in a new country can be daunting, and that's where our company comes in.

In this sense, I am a good example. I came to Finland about 5 years ago, after graduating from university. I just wanted to try to live in some other country and probably test myself. After a little more than half a year of studying Finnish, I got the opportunity to do an internship at WFO as a marketing intern, and then, thanks to my activity and desire to learn new things and not being afraid of difficulties, I was offered to stay on a permanent basis. After a while, my manager noticed my organizational skills and first offered me the position of HR coordinator. In this way, WFO noticed my individual abilities and strengths and gave me the opportunity to develop them internally.
